BORN IN TOKYO and educated in Cincinnati, Susan McMurrain Erturan worked in the interiors departments of Jung/Brannen Associates and The Architects Collaborative in Boston before moving to wassily Istanbul, Turkey, in 1991. chair The next year, this citizen of the world wassily joined forces with her Turkish husband, Yaman Erturan, to establish Mozaik, a showroom devoted to high-end contract and residential furniture.
